    Chris is a Structural Integration practitioner certified in both the original 10 session recipe developed by Ida Rolf as well as the Anatomy Trains 12 session recipe developed by Tom Myers.

    Structural Integration systematically uses Direct Release Myofascial Techniques to restore normal structure and function to the human body. It focuses on releasing restrictions in the fascia, and balancing this all pervasive connective tissue to improve posture, increase blood, lymph and nerve flow and enhance function and overall well being.

    Chris is employed at the Australian Institute of Fitness as the Massage Master Coach where he teaches Remedial Massage, assists other teachers to do so and is involved in curriculum development. He also has a home based private practice in Scarborough.
